Ulbrich Receives 'Achievements in Manufacturing Award' at 2022 GNHCC Annual Meeting
On October 13th, the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce held their 228th Annual Meeting combined with a Business Leadership Awards & Cocktail Reception at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale. The night began with an election of the Board of Directors and then a State of the Chamber given by GNHCC President and CEO, Garrett Sheehan. The awards presentation then began.
Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc., was honored with the Achievements in Manufacturing Award. This award not only highlights the achievements the company has made in manufacturing, but recognizes the service Ulbrich brings to its community.
During his acceptance speech, Jonathan Ulbrich, President, Service Center Group, noted that Ulbrich’s accomplishments wouldn’t be possible without the over 700 employees who work hard to make our business what it is.
For a company to survive one hundred years, it doesn’t happen by accident.
After all honorees were celebrated and closing remarks were made, a reception immediately followed with food, drinks, and music, including live entertainment by Keith Clairborne!
The entire Ulbrich family and employees are honored to have received this award.
