Ulbrich has officially acquired ATI New Bedford, MA and Remscheid, GER Precision Rolled Strip Operations —an acquisition that positions us to deliver even greater value to our customers and expands our footprint in the global metals market.

Under Ulbrich’s ownership, the New Bedford, MA facility will be named Ulbrich Precision Alloys and the location in Remscheid, Germany will be Ulbrich Europe Metals.
