Using the latest automated shaping technology, Ulbrich metallurgists are able to produce shaped wire to the exact specifications you need. By offering statistical process control (SPC) data, we can easily show any variations within a spool, helping us optimize our manufacturing process and enabling us to produce highly functional wire for screen applications. And, in order to ensure we’re meeting all of our customer demands, all shapes are verified against customer prints during their own processing.
